I'd go for it, even if it needs minor repairs. I think the GQF website has replacement parts available for the cabinet models. I recently bought one from a friend, full clear door, 3 setting trays, everything works (heater, fan, thermostat, turner, etc) for $150.

I could turn around here and sell mine for at least double what I paid... trouble is, it's been in constant use since I bought it!
