Is this a good set up?

I'm new to this and my hens aren't sitting on my eggs!! I watched some quick YouTube DIY egg incubators, and this it what I came up with, I have a temperature gauge, and a bowl of water for the humidity. I'm turning the eggs multiple times daily. Is this good enough? As I don't have much money to spend on a new incubator!

My students made an incubator from an old styrofoam bait bucket. The chicken eggs hatched. Time will tell if you DIY incubator will work. Good luck.
