is this a hen or a rooster? please help!

I am new to chickens. I have 4... 2 are silkies and 2 are mixed breeds I believe. The two 3 month olds were supposed to be hens, but I really feel like 1 (or maybe even both) are roosters. I am not sure if you can tell at 3 months old, but I have a pretty good shot of them comb. If anyone can help me out, please let me know.

No crowing yet, but today it started sounding like an attempt to crow and then gave up LOL
