Sorry, I'm thinking a cockerel Compared to the others, at 3mo that's alot of red w/comb & wattles. I also see some saddle feathering. I maybe wrong but it's my guess.

I'm inclined to cockerel too; going back to your first photo, compare the size and colour of his comb and wattles with those of the two pullets behind. What breed is he?
