Is this a hen or a rooster?!

We got these chicks from Orschlens and I really think the one is a rooster but I just want reassurance! We want to get a rooster but if this is one we won't have to! this is the guy we think is a rooster:

And this is the one I am sure is a hen! Her wattles and comb are tiny compared to the other one and its tail is much shorter!
