Is this a hen or a rooster????

I have 3 Silkies left. I just got rid of 3 roosters. I kept one (I hope!) and one hen. The 3rd one we are still unsure about. They were born in August. The hen is laying, the rooster is crowing and this one isn't doing anything! I will post a picture of the chicken in question and of our other 2. Thanks!
