Is this a hen or Cockerel. Its about 7 weeks old. Does anyone know what breed it is .

At 7 weeks I would say likely a cocketel.

It almost looks like my speckled sussex, but without the speckles.

It has a pretty large comb for only 7 weeks, so I would say it’s a cockerel. But I’m not sure the breed

In that case, it might be a Green Egger. I do not see anything in the appearance to say otherwise.

A Green Egger would probably be a mix of some sort, not any pure breed, and not even a direct cross of two pure breeds. Calling it a "Green Egger" just tells what color eggs the females should lay. Thich is often the main thing people want to know, but doesn't give any clues about what other traits the bird should have.

Do you mind saying which hatchery? The hatchery should have a list and pictures.

Look up Starlight olive egger from Hoovers. I have 4 (bin mix up). Pretty birds, very friendly. My pullets are 7 weeks and have pink combs. They’re the golden browns on the end and foreground Zoomer and Zoot
