Is this a hen or roo? Please help!

We got 2 of these ameraucana girls and they are almost 12 weeks. I of them has started being super nasty and her tail feather are out of control! chasing the other girls around and grabbing their backs. We are going to rehome either way just need to know if shes a roo!

Someone has to be top bird. Seems like she has taken control of the flock or is trying to. I’ve only had chickens just over a year. The top bird has changed from the beginning.
