Is this a hen or rooster? And is the breed an Easter egger?

I grew up with chickens as a kid but this is the first time I've had them as an adult.
My son picked our 4 out by color...so I'm not sure what breed they are.
I Think one of them is a rooster but I'm getting mixed signals.
1. "She" is bigger and has a bit thicker legs.
2. No waddle and is 5months old
3. I haven't heard her cock-o-doodle-do..yet
4. "she" is aggressive towards the other hens
5. No spurs..yet

What are your thoughts? Hen or Rooster. I can post more pictures when I get home.
