I'm not familiar with RIR's but this looks like a hen to me!??

Yup, it's a hen.. Probably crowed or they think it is a rooster due to the large comb.

If the craigslist poster is correct and the chicken in question is "right at 3 months", then it looks to be a rooster. Right at 3 months is only about 13-14 weeks old and pullets don't have combs & wattles that large until they are about to lay. He'll probably get his pointed sickle & hackle feathers soon.

If, somehow, the poster does not know the correct age of the chicken and it is at least 18-19 weeks of age, then I would say hen.
