Is this a Jubilee Orpington? Gender?

This is one of my chicks from my Meyer Hatchery straight run brown egg layer assortment. According to the leg band, this should be a jubilee orpington, but I am surprised that I got such a fancy breed in my random assortment! I'm really hoping it's a she!

Th e black in the breast feathers make me think cockerel.

It looks to be a Jubilee Orpington. I think it looks like a cockerel to me, but I don't raise that variety. I'm just going off the other types of English Orpington I raise.

Updated pics on the jubilee orpington. No cockerel behavior thus far, but his/her feet our huge! Big chick in general.

I rescind my earlier guess. That's going to be a pullet I'm fairly certain. Male Jubilees usually show way more white at that age.
