Is this a lash egg

I just found what looked like an alien egg in my nesting box and did not know if it could be a lash egg. I am not sure who laid it.

Looks like Salpingitis or "lash egg".

Found this right beside an egg in the nest today. I broke it in half to see what was inside. Looks like a turd but it's not, the outside was hard and dry and it smells like an egg on the inside. The inside is yellow, the picture just doesn't show the right colors.
