Our chicken is only five months old- been acting off and standing still a lot. This came out tonight after we gave her an epsom salt bath tonight. Could this be a lash egg?

Have you tossed it yet? If not, please keep it until someone knowledgeable replies. Oftentimes it's advised to dissect the matter.
I'm just curious, do they both appear to be soft shelled eggs? Does she have calcium (oyster shell or egg shell) available at all times? What feed does she eat, including treats? Have her previous eggs been normal?

I know this sounds gross, but if you still have those pieces, can you cut them open?

It does look like it could be lash material.
Have you ever had any respiratory illness in your flock?

I would get her hydrated, give her some calcium (Caltrate) and poultry vitamins.
I think I would also consider an antibiotic, especially since it looks like there's yolk/egg matter that is loose - any leaking from the vent?

I believe there's a chance your girl is internally laying. Feel just behind her legs. Is it swollen?

Has she laid eggs before? If so, how old was she when she began to lay? Is she a sex link by any chance?

This is a job for an avian vet. We can offer lots of advice here, but this hen may need surgery. Or to be euthanized.

Here are some photos of egg material from a necropsy I did on a hen that died from internal laying. The "cooked" eggs looked like the expelled material from your hen. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/internal-laying-what-it-looks-like.1349959/
