cockerel those long slender pointed saddles are a dead give away and he looks like a black sex link based off of the coloring on his wings and tail...if he lays an egg that will be a really big shocker with those saddles

It is a roo! I've had plenty of roo's that squat for me.Like hdowden said the saddle feathers a a dead giveaway.

I've been convinced for awhile now that he is a rooster, I even got more proof at 5am this morning when I was awoken by his first crows.. I didnt think he was ever gonna crow, he is now 22 weeks old.
