Is this a Maran Rooster?

He's pretty and tall he's ours I don't know what he is.

Well it's possible he was crossed with maybe a wheaten at some point, but I'd say he's not now. He's pretty, but not a Marans in my book

We use to have a Araucana rooster and a Jersey Giant rooster but got rid of them because they were mean.
