Is this a mille fleur or something else

I would guess he is a D'Uccle cross. Did he come from the same place as the hens? If he did, then I would guess he's possibly a D'Uccle/Japanese cross. His legs and feet don't seem to be as heavily feathered as a D'Uccle's nor is his beard as thick and pronounced. He also seems to be missing the vulture hocks you would see on D'Uccles.

Ok. No, hens are from some other place. yeah he is not heavily feathered.

he does look like a japaneseXD'Uccle bantam. Very pretty bird! And he will pair up with any hens you choose to give him, roosters do not care about breed as long as its a chicken and female!

And don't worry about your english, its just fine. I have honestly seen much worse written english by people that were born in an english speaking country.
