Is this a normal stance for a rooster?

Im assuming this is normal for roosters? This is not my rooster. He is being a turd and runs every time I try to snap a picture. He sometimes has his wings pointed down, not straight down jus angled down and not touching the ground. He seems fine, eats pretty good, poop looks good, no weezing sneezing or breathing problems. He is molting. I hope to get him move in with my pullets soon and I guess I'm just worried.
 
Interesting. I see him doing it more when I'm trying to hurd him around my yard. Maybe and uncomfortable or confrontational stance? Surly he isn't trying to court me lol although he did wing dance me one day. But he quickly ran away flapping his wings because I hit the ground laughing
 
Dropped wing can be courtship...but it is also a dominance posture, if his feet start tapping, look out - next move might be an attack.
