Is this a pecking order wound?

I have a 3.5 week old show girl chick that has recently shown a fairly large sized raised lump with a scab on the right side of the neck. I have a total of 5 chicks I hatched under a broody hen. No other chicks have any injuries. They are separated from other hens. The chick is eating and drinking and I haven't noted any other areas of concern. I do not know what the injury could be. It is movable, so I am assuming it is benign. I did notice a new wasp nest in the corner of the coop today, could the chick have been stung? Or does it look more like pecking? It is not actively bleeding.

Is the lump hard or soft? Does it look filled with liquid?

Thank you for your reply!
It feels more firm, but not necessarily hard. And no, I don't believe it does. The area is completely dry and the lump is not soft enough to feel like it is pus filled for example.

Could you get a few more pics?

She has no other symptoms?
I think these came out worse than the first. She is a wiggly little thing. But no other symptoms. Eating, drinking, running, playing. All kinds of things. I sat outside with them yesterday and nobody was bullying. I'm at a loss

It's odd, the swelling is gone and now it's just a scab. So maybe she was stung by a wasp?

Thank you for your help :) I think she will be ok!
