Great!You guys.. it's moving inside the egg. Sometimes it pokes out of the hole. I put the paper towel down as best as I could.
Here's a shot of him/her poking his beak out! Not sure if the other eggs are as far along... I might check on them once this one is ready to move to the brooder. I don't see a zipper yet but he's starting to make an effortGreat!

Ah ok. I'll let you know how it goes.@Kiki's right. It's malpositioned. The pip is at the small end of the egg. I hope it makes it!
