They are Production Reds, and they all look like pullets in this picture. Age and individual shots of the combs would help to be sure. The barred Rock is a pullet for sure.
Saddle feathers aren't clearly visible until about 10 to 12 weeks of age. If this bird is younger than that, looking at the back feathers isn't going to help.
It's a pullet then. Where you worried because the comb started turning red? It's normal for a pullet to start to turn red and develop in the comb at around 14 to 18 weeks old. It means that they will be laying within a month or so.
