Purebred White Leghorns should not have that many black spots on them. So I don't think that bird is a White Leghorn, but it could easily be a mix of Leghorn and something else (the "something else" could be any of dozens of other breeds, so I'm not going to try to guess.)Do you recognize any pure breed besides the Leghorn at the bottom left of the picture?
I agree that looking "right" is not proof that a bird is a purebred.Purebred is not just about the looks. The genes matter a lot too.
I see a flock of rather young looking mixed 'back yard' chickens, no pure breeds whatsoever.Do you recognize any pure breed besides the Leghorn at the bottom left of the picture?
