Is this a RIR? and What Gender Is It?

Hi! I got chick a while back ago but i didn't know its breed. Now that its getting bigger it looks lika a RIR but I am still not sure.... I also wanna know what gender it is.

There she is... "Sakina"? or "Sasuke"?

It could be a RIR cross, but most definitely isn't a pure RIR. I wonder what it was crossed with? It is very neat looking anyways.

And, you have a pullet, or will be hen.

Anyone have an idea or maybe even a guess of what its crossed with? I really wanna' know so I could get more of these kind. I love this cross-breed! ( is that called a mutt?)
