Is this a RIR cockerel? Also can anyone tell me what breed hens are?

The first one is definitely a cockerel. Somewhere on here you can find the 'procedure' for becoming the dominate roo. Basically whenever he acts up hold him down and bounce him a little so that he feels like a rooster is trying to mate him. Keep at it until he quits squawking and fighting back.

The "dual shaded" hen looks like a red sexlink, created by a RIR roo over a Delaware hen. These are fast becoming my favorite sexlinks, early layers with nice dark tan eggs.
