Is this a roo and what breed?

Looking for help to determine if my grey chicken is a roo and the breed. He/she is about 6 weeks. I bought it from TSC. They said it was a plymouth rock, but doesn't look like one to me. Also said it was a hen, but looking at the tail feathers, i am not sure. Any thoughts?

Maybe it's a sapphire gem looks like a pullet idk

Looks like a pullet so far, but I've been fooled before when my chicks are much older. It might be a cross with a BPR, but it's not full-blood. I have several gray chickens in my flock that look like yours, from BPR hens and an Australorp/Easter-Egger cross rooster, or Australorp hens and a BPR rooster.
