Is this a roo in the making?

I am sorry to clutter the forum with repeated pictures. Could someone please help us - is this 10 week old in the process of growing into a roost4er. We were given 10 chickens - told that there were 4 roos . . . but for the life of us, this is the only one who we think might actually be a rooster. Do you need better pictures? Am I being rude in asking the questions? Is it more difficult because they are mixed breed? I have just been surprised by the lack of response compared to other posts. Again, I apologize if I am cluttering the feed.

Hello Pete, Thank you for your question. I hope these are better pictures. We have the chickens just 2 weeks and are in love. We spend morning coffee time with them, and after dinner time with them and have just begun to introduce them to free ranging. We had no idea we would fall in love with our chickens. We think this might be a roo - just because it is the largest and appears to be in charge. I am grateful for any help we receive. Thank you, Arlene
