I’d say cockerel. Looks very similar to my 6 week Blue laced Wyandotte.

Male!! Lots of wattle and comb growth for the age.

Looks like a male but I'd wait to look at feathers to tell for sure. I hate sexing this breed I have had hens develop combs like this so early compared to other breeds and make me think they were cockerels.
