Is this a Roo?

Hi, we purchased a so called ameraucana from a feed store who uses belt hatchery. The chick was self blue coloring. Now we are finding out that his legs are green so must be an Easter Egger and we have a very strong feeling it is a rooster. Can someone identify this bird. Thanks!

Thanks everyone Now we have a bigger problem because we can’t keep him And we don’t want him to be a table bird. After reading about how tough life is for roosters are there any sanctuaries where he could live? I would like to pay for his care and rehoming fee. We are in San Francisco Bay Area. We love him.
