This one chick (3 weeks old) seems to be getting bigger than my other 7. The feet are bigger and it is a bit taller than the others as well. Do I have a Roo? It's a very friendly Easter Egger.

I might not be completely accurate when it comes to sexing, and this could very well be a fool’s guess—but I usually look at the wing structure, especially the coverts. The spacing and gaps there suggest it might be a roo. My method isn’t exactly conventional, and while I can’t say I’ve ever been proven wrong, there’s one chick that still has me unsure- but the rest have been spot on.

However chicks develop at different rates, Im new at this. Only know my own flock, and the birds in clinic.
