I'd say yes, due to the fact he's not even two months old yet and has those huge dark red wattles.

If you can post another pic of him with a good side view of his whole body that could help to see the saddle/tail feathers but just based on those red wattels I'm 90% saying roo.

I've got some about the same age picked out of the 'pullet' bin at TSC and it was blatently obvious which was the missexed rooster. None of the others have wattles anywhere close to being as large as your guy except the one that I am sure was a rooster (he's gone on to rooster heaven now - can't have any more roos!)

It looks like a roo to me due to the hge size of its wattles at that age
