Is this a roo?

I'd say ,boy He has a "Manly " Look to him..

I've also noticed that his tail feathers are very underdeveloped in relation to the 'girls'. And yes, he is quite 'manly'; very much on the offensive when he percieves a threat. He is one of my more curious birds also; I hate to have to get rid of him...but my DH is adamant on no roos.
