Is this a roo?

It was sold to me as a hen. It's from a June 2010 hatch.

Gaited thinks it's a roo. I don't know what to think. I couldn't feel spurs.

The one in the very front is the one in question...

I am going to disagree I say its a hen. Definitely a SilkieX. You are asking about the same bird in all three pics correct?

Well then I am going against the group and saying its a girl. Her coloring seems odd for a roo and for being 6 months old I figured you would see saddle feathers by now and a much larger comb.
