I'm waiting... and Jonathan this hen is a B.O. Not a red sex link. And hens can crow just like roosters.

Here she is at 24 1/2 weeks

She makes a noise that goes like BaaAAA- baaaaa it gets loud and then soft. No were like a rooster crow or the egg song. What is it?

She doesn't have any spurs yet and no eggs!!! Where are they?! I am going on vacation for 10 days so if she's a hen then that's when it's gonna happen. But is she a hen or a rooster? I'm really not 100% though.

I didn't read the whole thread, but I do believe that's a rooster, just a late bloomer.

It's sounds more like her complaining than crowing. It's weird. I just am confused. She's still happy and non aggressive.

This bird is a black sex link rooster.
