Is this a roo?

We have a mixed flock of 8 chickens about 4 months old, 6 are bantams. I need help identifying the sex of these two please.

So no crowing yet? They look a little roo-ish to me, but I sure couldn't tell you a definite answer.

The brown one I have not heard, but the black one I've seen kinda crow twice. Our frizzle roo that is the same age, crows every morning!

Both are roosters. Since the roosters have been raised together they are OK to keep together.
