is this a rooster? He/She is a 6 week old EE/Buff

Hi! I haven't posted before, but have been learning so much from this site! Everyone is so nice. My kids and I hatched some eggs (for the first time) 6 weeks ago and now have 7 new fluffy friends! However, we live in the city and have to give away some of our chickens.
One of the other chicks has a much more developed and redder comb, but he looks like more of a Buff Orp. We were given some eggs that were Buffs/EEs.
