Is this a rooster or a hen? Also possible breed?

Hello! I'm worried that one of my chickens is a rooster! She is 4 months old. She makes a weird noise that sounds like a crow attempt. She is also very dominant. Here are some photos and a video! Also, I was told she was a RIR, what do you all think?

How old ? If it's a laying age bird it may be a hen. If not I would say rooster. I cannot seeing hackle or saddle feathers but I do see little curved shiny tail feathers, which would indicate a rooster, but I have had hens with little curved tail feathers. But if it crowing then it's definitely a male.

She is about 17 weeks old. I can't tell if it is a crow or not. Might just be a noisy chicken?

my instagram shows about 7 weeks ago, so around 10 weeks of age.

If that comb was that red at 10 weeks, it is a rooster. A girl would just now start to grow her comb and turn red.
