I'm struggling to determine if my black Cochin is a roo or a hen. I unfortunately live somewhere I cannot have a rooster and I'm worried this chicky might be a roo.

Is this a banty or full size cochin? Banties develop faster. Otherwise it looks like a cockerel to me.

It is a full size Cochin and is about 12 weeks old.
