I don't see any saddle feather development and the hackles don't look any different from my pullets. The comb is the only thing I see that appears more developed than usual for a hen. But I'm no expert by any means.

single comb brown leghorn hen...maybe a cross she looks kinda heavy for a leghorn.

I think it has really big wattles for a hen? Maybe a better picture of the body. I cant really tell because the picture is so dark.

If this is the same chicken in your other thread on the exact same topic, it is still a hen, in my opinion for the same reasons - no saddle feathers, etc

That is the most girlie girl bird I've seen. Looks like a golden lace wyandotte cross breed, except her feet are not visible.

Why would you hope for a troublemaking rooster?
