I raise Legbars as well. Those are definitely all pullets. The males are a barred a silvery crele color. They would look very different if they were cockerels as far as coloring would go.

I know the coloring is bad on this photo, but the chick roosting is a cockerel, the one on the shadows in the nest box is a pullet. You can see his silvery barring. He's about 5 weeks old here.
