Is this a rooster?

Thank you, the way the tail feathers are displayed was thinking it may be a rooster. You can't see in the picture but she's got some blue feathers too, it's amazing how much they change as they grow up

The way she holds her tail is dominant, nothing roosterish about it. The blue is just the sheen on her feathers. All black feathers sheen, no matter if the bird is male or female. Just how black feathers work.
