Is this a rooster?

I hatched some Easter eggers on Easter, so they aprox. 15 weeks old. This is one of the juveniles I am under the impression is a rooster but hasn't crowed yet...

Please advise if this is a rooster?

Wonderful, give male vibes.. definitely high in the pecking order but so glad identified as a pullet! I love this beautiful chicken and was having some doubts!!!

Thank you, the way the tail feathers are displayed was thinking it may be a rooster. You can't see in the picture but she's got some blue feathers too, it's amazing how much they change as they grow up
