Is this a rooster

My wife wont let me slaughter this rhode island red until someone else verifies its a rooster. 14 weeks old. It doesn't crow, but comb and waddles have been red and large since 6 weeks, it has pointed green-black hackles and tail feathers, and argues with my (other) rooster (oegb). Can you confirm? Thanks

Looks like a cockerel but I am fairly new with chickens so im not sure, you should wait for other peoples posts, I am just guessing.

Sounds like you already know! I would let him put on some meat as long as he is not crowing, and the other male is keeping him in line. When he crows, even your wife will believe!
