Is this a rooster?

I have this 6 month old who is supposed to be a salmon faverolle and buff Orpington. Clearly there is something off with that. Anyway, this past two weeks, it has filled out weight wise and feather wise. I’m thinking it’s a rooster but one of it’s hatch-mates is definitely a rooster. He’s crowing and defending the girls for a few weeks. This bird isn’t doing anything.

Yes, it's a boy. He's probably not doing any crowing etc because the other boy is more dominant.

Thanks everyone. I’m a little bummed. Two roosters an 5 hens is not what I wanted. Time will tell
