Is this a rooster?

The feed store said this chicken was a hen but I have some doubts. It is about 20 weeks old, has no spurs, hasn't crowed, hasn't layed eggs but the tail looks rooish to me. What does everyone else think is this a hen or rooster?

That is definitely a rooster. It has saddle feathers (the pointy feathers hanging down on either side of it's rear end) and a rooster tail.

They don't start growing their spurs right away. Mine are 5 months old and only some of them are just starting to grow the spurs. Also 3 of mine haven't started crowing yet.

Looks like you got yourself a pretty EE rooster!
