Is this a rooster?

He or she is a 12 week old brown chicken. I have 7 of them and this one looks a little different than the others. He or she has a little different noise coming out also, not a crow by any means just different than the rest. I would appreciate any help. Thanks,

These look like sex link chickens, so would have been sexed by color after hatching. Both pullets.

I agree, red sex link pullets. Males of this cross would be white bodied. My rsl pullets developed quickly this year, red large combs earlier than anyone else.
