Definitely NOT a sex-link, Golden sex-link cockerels are almost completely white. What you have is a Hatchery quality Buff Orpington cockerel

Okay then! Well I was talking to the OP because they said that the cockerel was sold to them as a sex-link. I highly doubt that it is a
sex-link x sex-link. In my opinion, all of the signs point to Buff Orpington; Single comb, pink legs, bright pure buff in color. I've never seen any kind of sex-link like that.
