Is this a rooster?

This chick i hatched from my own incubator, if i can remember i think it is a Welsummer x Isa brown/Cochin, does he look like a roo?

I read somewhere that if you look at the feather around the neck and they are rounded its a hen and if they are more pointy its a rooster.

Wild guess- yes. Its always fun to guess!

It hatched around mid September.

I would say Roo! All of my chicks hatched Sept 25th-ish and the only ones that have wattles like that are roos!
