Is this a rooster?

Please help to see if this one is a rooster? I heared the crowing this moring, but not sure if that's from "him" ?

How old is he? And do you know the breed?

I say roo, the second pictures show what appears to be lesser sickle feathers coming in.

If he is a boy, his saddle feathers are pointed. If she is a girl, her saddle feathers are rounded.

I thought only roosters have saddle feathers.

I think it's around 10 weeks old golden laced wyandotte.

It looks like a boy to me also. You might want to post them in the "What breed or gender is this" board, they look to me more like dark cornish or something?
