Is this a rooster?

I have a 3 and a half month old chicken. Its father is a New Hampshire Red and its mother is a California White. I think it's a roo because its siblings don't have the big comb like this one does. The first picture is the chicken in question. The next two pictures are its siblings which I think are pullets. So is it a roo?

Great, I was afraid of that. This guy hasn't started crowing yet, but I have a few other cockerels that have already started crowing.
