Oh, that is good to know. I have only had the ducks 3 weeks and love them. They have so much personality.

Yours are pretty birds. They get big fast. They are only 15 weeks in the picture? Mine are 4 weeks, they were a week old when I got them.

I looked at pictures of the Khaki Campbells and I really think that is what he/she is. The head is more the right shape. They are more rounded than the runners and that is what mine is like. I still am not sure, but that is what I think now.

The brown one is probably not a blue runner... Could be a chocolate runner if they sell them where you got them? Here's a picture of one of mine at a few weeks old.

This is the Brown ones normal stance. He/she does not ever stand more upright than this unless stretching.

I agree that the 'brown' one is less Runner-like and more towards the Campbell end of the spectrum. But you will get a lot of variation within a breed, especially if you have bought them from a store.

I wonder if the brown one is basically chocolate dusky mallard in colour (like a Khaki Campbell) but with a dose of blue? Any chance of a closer pic with a but more sunshine on the ducky? That brown one did have a very distinctive blue tinge as a little duckling.....

They are both beautiful! And they look very happy and healthy.
