Our 27 month SG was hatched by us with the loan of a broody silkie and eggs from our friend/neighbor. No hatchery but luck of the draw and I'm pleased. One of the Marans mix hens, also lays a greenish eggs as well as this hen, below a BYM that we hatched.

I saw that post but I saw another member on here that has sapphire OE and they don’t have crests so I thought maybe! How awesome you’ve gotten two green surprises! I have some OEs coming from Ideal next week and I’m so excited. That BYM is so pretty. I wouldn’t expect green from her; how cool!
